WeThe75 is a community movement for unity, foresight, and 75% consensus on major national decisions — thinking ahead to the year 2100.
For too long, New Zealand has been held back by short-term politics, election bribes, blame-games, and three-year thinking. Across all parties are capable, honest, well-intentioned people — the issue isn’t them, it’s the culture of expedience. National, Labour, Act, Green, Māori, NZ First — none have all the answers. We need them all, but they WORK FOR US!
Our politicians are hardworking and supported by skilled public servants — but we need vision, not quick political-football wins. It’s time we demand long-term thinking and real consensus.
Major policies should require 75% parliamentary support, creating collaboration, stability, and lasting progress. Aotearoa’s future depends on becoming the world’s smartest small economy — driven by innovation, education, high-value exports, and meaningful jobs.
